Parts Removal Process

EDM machining works by using electrical pulses to erode material at a microscopic level. There's no cutting, no drilling, and no force applied to your part. That means we can remove broken taps, drills, and bolts from hardened steel, aluminum, titanium, and even carbide without touching the surrounding threads or material.

It's the only method that works when everything else has already failed - or when you can't afford to make it worse.
